This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Feecure Medical Billing and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and parent companies (referred to as “Feecure” “we” “our” “us” ) collect, use, and disclose information obtained from you via various websites and applications linked to this Policy, including www.Feecure.com (collectively referred to as the “Sites”). This Policy also applies to the gathering of information that occurs offline, such as when you visit our physical offices, attend Feecure events, or contact with our representatives at other events, or in any other situation where this Policy is disclosed to you.
The contents of this Policy do not apply to Feecure product offerings that have their own privacy policies, or to third-party websites to which we may link. We have no control over, and cannot be held accountable for, the privacy practices of third-party websites. As a result, we recommend that you separately evaluate any applicable privacy policies on these third-party websites.
Feecure processes data for healthcare providers in accordance with our customer agreements. These arrangements may necessitate Business Associate arrangements under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Your healthcare provider may have its own policies and practices for collecting and using your data. We are not responsible for how your healthcare provider treats your information, and you should review their privacy policies.

CF (California) residents can request information under the “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) on how we disclose personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. You may specifically request (i) a list of the categories of personal information disclosed by us to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, as well as (ii) a list of the third party categories to whom we disclosed such information. Please be aware that we may demand further information from you to verify your identity, and we are only required to reply to one request each calendar year.

We may update and amend this Policy at any time. Any modifications will be publicized on www.Feecure.com along with the effective date, and will be deemed effective as of that day. Your continued use of the Sites following the publication of modifications signifies that you accept the new Policy.
